What to include
- For bug reports: include the tool’s page address, your browser and device, the steps you followed, what you expected and what actually happened. A small invented example is more useful than a confidential file.
- For tool suggestions: a short description of the tool and why it would be useful.
- For privacy requests: describe what you are asking about; see the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential files.
If a download looks wrong, describe the chosen settings and the app used to open the result. For a speed-test problem, mention whether you used Wi-Fi or a wired connection; do not include your public IP address. You can also report an unclear explanation or an incorrect worked example. Include the relevant section so we can reproduce and check it.
Sending the form does not create a support ticket or attach your tool input. Keep a copy of the email you send. Reply times vary; there is no promised response window.
