Combine separate documents
Add 2–20 PDFs, inspect the file order, then merge. Every file contributes all of its pages in its existing order. Use the Move up and Move down controls if dragging is inconvenient.
Combine documents for one handoff or extract only the pages you need. Both tools copy PDF pages into new documents rather than rendering every page as a picture. Your source files stay unchanged.
Start with the task, then check the tool’s limits before relying on a result.

Use commas for pages within one output, ascending ranges for consecutive pages, and semicolons for separate output files. For example, 2;1 creates two PDFs in that order.
Page copying is useful for everyday documents, but a new PDF may not preserve document-level features such as signatures, bookmarks, forms or accessibility tagging. Merging does not sanitize a document or remove confidential content hidden beneath a drawing.
Encrypted or corrupt PDFs are rejected. Larger documents need available device memory; the published size and page caps are upper limits, not a promise that every phone can process the largest allowed file. See the worked example below for page-order checks and exact selection syntax.
Follow a complete example before applying the same workflow to your own files.
