Check a configuration file
Validate the original format before converting. YAML validation checks syntax; it cannot tell whether an application accepts a particular setting.
Inspect a configuration, move a small dataset between formats or check a scheduled job before using it. These tools process the text you enter in your browser; you do not need an account or a connection to your database.
Start with the task, then check the tool’s limits before relying on a result.

JSON ↔ YAML preserves supported numeric tokens. CSV ↔ JSON keeps CSV fields as strings, including identifiers such as 00123.
Choose the SQL dialect before formatting. Markdown Preview renders a restricted, sanitized preview and does not load remote images.
Base64 represents bytes; it does not encrypt them. A hash can help compare file contents. The color tool converts sRGB values and estimates text contrast against a chosen background.
Preview five-field UNIX cron with an explicit time zone. Confirm that your actual scheduler uses the same dialect and clock-change behavior.
Valid syntax does not prove that a query is correct, a configuration is safe or a schedule suits your server. SQL Formatter does not connect to a database or execute a query. YAML Validator does not apply an application-specific schema. The cron preview does not start a job.
For data conversion, check a small representative record first. Pay attention to string identifiers, large numbers, empty cells, line breaks and formula-like spreadsheet values. The guides below show expected outputs you can compare with your own result.
Follow a complete example before applying the same workflow to your own files.
