Choose the next concrete action
Add a task, set an optional priority and due date, then sort by the view you need. Manual move controls apply to the original-order view. The list is stored in this browser when storage is available.
Turn a project into a few concrete next actions, then give one action a bounded work session. The task list and timer work without an account. They do not sync between devices or replace a calendar, so decide what to save before closing the browser.
Start with the task, then check the tool’s limits before relying on a result.

Choose focus, short-break and long-break durations, or switch to a standalone countdown. Sound and notifications are optional; notification support and permission depend on the browser.
Export a backup before clearing site data, changing browsers or switching devices. Import a known backup and inspect the tasks. Local browser storage is not a cloud backup.
Tasks stay with this browser and site origin when browser storage is available. Private browsing, storage restrictions, clearing site data or using another device can leave the list unavailable. Watch for storage warnings and export a backup you can find later.
Keep the timer tab open during a session. Browser suspension and notification settings can delay alerts. A saved duration or sound preference is not proof that an active timer will resume after the page is closed.
Follow a complete example before applying the same workflow to your own files.

Plan a small task, run a timed focus session and export a local task backup. Check browser storage and notification limits before relying on the workflow.
